Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vong as a member of the BOD in the term 2015-2019 as from July 01, 2016.

-          Southern Seed Corporation has signed an auditing contract with Ernst &Young Vietnam Co., Ltd  to audit its financial statements in 2016.
