Dai Thien Loc Corporation announces Resolution No.01/2017/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated April 20, 2017 as follows:

1. Approval of the report on the company’s business result in 2016

+ Export:                          10,193,686 USD

-          Profit after tax:         159,665,870,413 dongs

-          Revenue:                       3,900,000,000,000 dongs

+ Export:                                   30,000,000 USD

-          Profit after tax:                 250,000,000,000 dongs

-          Reward fund:                     2% of profit after tax

-          Welfare fund:                     1% of profit after tax

-          Development fund:             5% of profit after tax

1. Approval of report on the BODs activities in 2016 & plan for 2017.
2. Approval of report from the Supervisory Board in 2016 & plan for 2017.
3. Approval of the audited financial statements in 2016.
4. Approval of remuneratio payment to the BODs, Supervisory Board and the Executive Board in 2017

- Remuneratio payment to the BODs, Supervisory Board in 2017 is 0.2% of profit after tax. If the company’s business result exceeds the target, they will receive 0.5%.

1. Approval of the selection one of the auditing companies to audit financial statements in 2017:

-          Vietnam Ernst & Young Co., Ltd.

-          Vietnam RSM Consulting & Auditing Co., Ltd.

-          A&C Consulting & Auditing Co., Ltd.

1. Approval of amendment the company’s charter
2. Approval of the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia as Chairman of BODs cum CEO.
3. Approval of the additional project for Song Than 3 Industrial park (phase 2) at Binh Duong about 99,371,000,000 dongs.
