DRH: BoD approves to invest more in KSB

On May 10, 2016, the Board of Directors of Dream House Investment Corporation (stock code: DRH) approved to invest more in Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: KSB). Accordingly, Dream House Investment Corporation will purchase 1,175,000 KSB shares, raising the holding ratio from 9.98% (2,334,930 shares) to 15% (3,509,930 shares) stake of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company.
