IBSC: Board approves to invest more in IBFM

On May 10, 2016, the Board of Directors of IB Securities Joint Stock Company (IBSC) approved to contribute more funds into IB Capital Fund Management Joint Stock Company (IBFM). Accordingly, IBSC will purchase 4,450,000 IBFM’s shares in order to raise the charter capital. The buying price will be VND10,000/share, and the total buying amount will be VND44.5 billion.
