Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company as follows:

Ms. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Head of the Supervisory Board, bought 10,000 DQC shares on November 13, 2015 but she did not announce the transaction.
