DPM: Resolution on the implementation of ESOP

On January 14, 2016, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation approved to implement a plan for issuing 11,400,000 under the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

-          Issue volume: 11,400,000 shares

-          Issue value: VND114 billion

-          Total estimated mobilized capital: VND114 billion

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Issue time: after the receipt of approval by the State Securities Commission, expected in Quarter 1 and Quarter 2/2016.

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of issuance.

-          The new shares will be listed on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
