DMC: Notice of Board resolutions

On April 05, 2016, the Board of Directors of Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (DOMESCO) approved the main contents as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved the agreements signed with DOMENOL Co., Ltd. and APT Packaging Technology JSC, as well as allowed DOMESCO to continue signing cooperation agreements with the two firms above.

2)    The Board of Directors approved the draft of adjusted company charter.

3)    The Board of Directors approved to seek the approval of Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting 2016 for not limiting the ownership ratio of foreign investors in DOMESCO.
