HBC: HBC receives three construction packages Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation has received three packages worth VND1,402 billion, including:
1) General contractor in Design & Build package for CT2 Apartment Building Project, C2-Gamuda Gardens Urban Area, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi.
- Investor: Gamuda Vietnam
- Total value: VND730 billion
- Time of completion: February 2018.
2) Main contractor in construction package for Hoa Lam International Hospital.
- Investor: Hoa Lam International Hospital Co., Ltd.
- Total value: VND361 billion
- Time of completion: 399 days.
3) General contractor in Design & build package for 304 houses, 1 kindergarten, 1 department store, etc.
- Investor: Formosa Ha Tinh
- Total value: VND311 billion
- Time of completion: 10 months. HOSE
