DCL: Resolution on tenancy and consulting agreements

The Board of Directors of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation (DCL) approved two agreements between Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation and F.I.T Investment Joint Stock Company (FIT). as follows:

1)      Tenancy agreement in Hochiminh City, landlord: FIT

-          Leasing term: 05 years (until December 31, 2020)

2)      Consulting agreement, supplier: FIT

-          Valid until December 31, 2016.
