CTD: Personnel change

On July 03, 2017, BODs of Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1.      BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong as Chairman of BODs for the period 2017 – 2022.

2.      BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong as CEO as from July 03, 2017.

3.      BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Sy Cong as CEO as from July 03, 2017.

4.      BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Tran Quang Tuan as Deputy CEO as from July 03, 2017.
