1. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Duong Cong Minh as Chairman of BODs as from June 30, 2017.
2. BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Phan Huy Khang as CEO as from July 03, 2017.
3. BODs approved the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Duc Thach Diem as CEO as from July 03, 2017.
4. BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Ha Ton Trung Hanh as Deputy CEO as from June 30, 2017
