Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.20 dated November 29, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1: Board approved to raise its charter capital:

 -  CTD raised from VND655,732,490,000 to VND770,500,000,000

-  Number of shares after capital increase: 77,050,000 shares

-  Par value: 10,000dongs/share

-  Capital changing time: November 17, 2016

-  Form of capital increase: to issue 11,476,751 shares to existing shareholders

Articles 2: Board approved to amend the company’s charter:

-    New charter capital: VND770,500,000,000

Articles 2: This Resolution will be effective from November 29, 2016.
