On November 28, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Consultancy Design and Urban Development JSC (Stock code: CDO) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 22,999,970 shares

-        Additional volume: 8,505,005 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 85,050,050,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 31,504,975 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 315,049,750,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: November 30, 2016

-        Reason of change: offering shares to the existing shareholders according to Announcement No.967/TB-SGDHCM dated September 09, 2016 by HOSE.
