On November 29, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company (Stock code: VPS) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 17,471,994 shares

-        Additional volume: 6,988,798 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 69,887,980,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 24,460,792 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 244,607,920,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: December 01, 2016

-        Reason of change: To issue shares to raise the share capital from the owner’s equity.
