BID1_206: Notice of redemption of bonds

The Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) approved to repurchase the long-term bonds issued in 2006 including: (i) 1,016.014 billion dongs of BIDV bonds (Term: 15 years, maturity date: May 19, 2021), and (ii) 695.521 billion dongs of long-term bonds to raise BIDV’s equity – Phase 2/2006 (Term: 15 years, maturity date: December 18, 2021).
