BID: Notice of change of personnel

According to the Resolution No.667/NQ-HĐQT, No.668/NQ-HĐQT & No.259/NQ-HĐQT dated April 24, 2017, BODs of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam approved the change of personnel as follows:

1. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Anh Tuan as Acting Chairman of BODs for the period 2017-2022.
2. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Phan Duc Tu as CEO for the period 2017-2022.
3. BODs approved the appointment of Ms. Vo Bich Ha as Head of Supervisory Board for the period 2017-2022.
