BHS: Change of record date for right implementation

According to the Resolution No.32/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated February 09, 2017, BODs of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company approved the change of record date for right implementation as follows:

-          Record date:   March 01, 2017 (instead of dated February 21, 2017)

-          Time for rights transfer: from March 16, 2017 to April 10, 2017 (instead of dated from March 06, 2017 to March 24, 2017)

-          Time for registration & payment: from March 16, 2017 to April 13, 2017 (instead of dated from March 06, 2017 to March 27, 2017)

-          Reason of change: to implement according to the company regulation & to ensure the interests of shareholders.
