NTL: Board resolution on bank credit limit

Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated February 08, 2017 as follows:

Article 1: The Board approved to apply for a credit limit for middle and long-term loan at Vietinbank as follows:

1. Credit limit for middle and long-term: VND300 billion

-          Purpose: to implement the construction of 5-storey building in Tran Hung Dao ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.

-          Loan period: 30 months from the first disbursement date

-          Disbursement date: by June 30, 2018

-          Grace period: 12 months from the first disbursement date

-          Payment period: 18 months from the end of grace period

1. Underwriting limit: VND285 billion. Of which:

-          VND225 billion for project house buyers

-          VND60 billion for other guarantee limit

Article 2: The Board approved to mortgage assets to guarantee the loans at Vietinbank.
