BCG: Viet Golden Farm no longer BCG’s subsidiary

Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) did not contribute more capital in the latest stock issuance of Viet Golden Farm Joint Stock Company. Therefore, BCG’s holding in Viet Golden Farm decreased from 51% to 49.51%, and Viet Golden Farm is no longer a subsidiary of BCG.
