According to Board Resolution No.41 dated November 02, 2016, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved to contribute VND77,760,000,000 to invest in B.O.T DT830 Co., Ltd.

-          Charter capital: VND162,000,000,000

-          Capital contributed by Bamboo Capita JSC: VND77,760,000,000, equivalent to 48% on the charter capital of B.O.T DT830 Co., Ltd.

-          Representative of Bamboo Capita JSC at B.O.T DT830 Co., Ltd.: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Board Member cum Deputy CEO of Bamboo Capita JSC.
