JVC: JVC allowed to extend the submission of financial statements

On November 02, 2016, the State Securities Commission approved Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument JSC to extend the submission date of the 2016 financial statements.

-          The Company must announce its reviewed semi-annual financial statements within 60 days from the ending date of the first six months of fiscal year but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.

-          The Company must announce its audited annual financial statements within 100 days from the ending date of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day when the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
