Sao Mai Group Corporation announced Decision No.0330/2017/QĐ-HĐQT dated March 30, 2017 regarding the holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

+ Approving the company’s business result in 2016 & plan for 2017

+ Approving the audited financial statements in 2016

+ Approving the profit distribution in 2016

+ Approving an investment in complex building at People’s Committee of Long Xuyen city, An Giang.

+ Approving an investment in Sao Mai area of Sao Vang resort at Thuan Thinh commune, Thanh Hoa province.

+ Approving an investment in Sao Mai International Hospital at Thuan Thinh commune, Thanh Hoa province.
