AGR: Requests for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements

AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation (AGR) sent documents to HOSE to request a delay in the disclosure of the 2016 audited financial statements and the audited report on capital adequacy ratio within 05 business days from 03/31/2017.

Reason: AGR encountered difficulties in preparing and presenting financial statements due to some changes between Circular 210 and Circular 334 and is waiting for guidelines from the Ministry of Finance.

However, the request of AGR will be reviewed by the State Securities Commission.
