According to the Resolution No.12/NQ-HĐQT dated March 11, 2017, Board of Directors of  Nam Viet corporation approved the holding for 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and dividend payment as follows:

-          To organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

• Record date: March 31, 2017
• Meeting time: April 22, 2017
• Meeting venue:  19D Tran Hung Dao Street, My Quy Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province.

-          To pay the cash dividends for 2016:

• Record date: March 31, 2017
• Exercise ratio: 9%/par value
• Payment date: June 29, 2017
