HDG: Resolution on the holding of 2017 AGM & dividend payment 2016

According to the Resolution No.10/NQ-HĐQT dated March 10, 2017, Board of Directors of  Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company approved the holding for 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and dividend payment as 2016 follows:

-          To pay the cash dividends for 2016:

• Record date: March 27, 2017
• Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000/ share)
• Estimated Payment date: April 03, 2017
• Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

 + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company.

-          To organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

• Record date: March 27, 2017
• Estimated meeting time: April 15, 2017
