-          Net revenue: 500 bil. dongs

-          Profit before tax: 60 bil. dongs

-          Dividend: 40-50%

1. Approving compensation for the BOD, Supervisory Board, Management Board.
2. Approving decision on choosing 2017-audited company.
3. Approving the CEO cum Managing Director.
4. Approving the BOD members term 2017-2021:
