AAA: BODs Resolution on the 2017 AG

According to the Resolution No.2301/2017/NQ-HĐQT  dated January 23, 2017, BODs of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company approved to hold 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-        Meeting time: 8:30am, February 18, 2017

-        Meeting venue: Lot CN11+CN12, An Dong Industrial Cluster, Nam Sach Town, Nam Sach District, Hai Duong Province.

-        In case the 1st 2017 AGM is held unsuccessful, the company will hold the 2nd 2017 AGM on 8:30am, February 25, 2017.

-        In case the 2nd 2017 AGM is held unsuccessful, the company will hold the 3rd 2017 AGM on 8:30am, March 11, 2017.
