MBG: Board Resolution

On 01 Mar 2016, Viet Nam Trading and Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approve the Viet Nam Trading and Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Company’s signing of economic contracts valued at over 35% compared to assets value in financial statements, books with the partner companies:

-       MBG Long An Company Limited

-       Kinh Tay JSC

-       Quang Ngan Vietnam Company Limited

-       Everland Investment JSC

Article 2: Assigning the legal representative to negotiate and sign economic contracts with the partner companies in accordance with the law.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from the signing date.
