PSW: Board Resolution

On 19 Oct 2016, South – W PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution as follows:

Article 1: The first dividend advance in 2016 for South – W PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company with rate of 6% of share par value (one share receives VND 600), equivalent to VND 10,200,000,000.

Resources for the payment: profit after tax of the first 6 months of 2016.

Article 2: Assign Director to carry out the dividend payment in accordance with applicable regulations.
