announces that the following stock has been put under trading restriction:

Reason: Auditing organization refuses to give
opinions on the Company’s audited annual financial statement 2015. According to
Point c, Item 1, Article 9a of the Rules, the stock is put under restriction.

Effective date: 26/05/2016
Trading restriction ends when V11 overcomes current
situation.
