PVA: HNX notice: Stock under supervision and trading restriction
Pursuant to Rules on Organization and Management of UPCoM
at the HNX attached to Decision No.78/QĐ-SGDHN dated 05/02/2016, and amended
and supplemented according to Decision No.268/QĐ-SGDHN dated 29/04/2016, HNX
announces that the following stock has been put under trading restriction:

Number of shares under trading restriction: 21,846,000

Trading restriction: PVA can only be traded
on Friday weekly.

Reason: Owner’s equity of the Company in the
audited financial statement 2015 is negative. According to Point b and c, Item
1, Article 9a of the Rules, the stock is put under restriction.

Effective date: 26/05/2016
Trading restriction ends when PVA overcomes current
situation.
