As of 20/5/2016, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the reason for MIM stock under alert as follows:

- Effective date: 24/5/2016

- Reason: Profit after tax in  year 2015 and undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2015 were negative, under alert case as regulated in Point 1.4, 1.5 Item 1 Article 12 of Listing Regulations.
