Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to
Decision No.78/QĐ-SGDHN dated 05/02/2006 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces
the temporary suspension of KTB stock as follows: -

Reason: HNX sees the trading suspension is necessary to protect
investors in accordance with Point d, Item 1, Article 9 of the Regulations on
Organization and Management of UPCoM. This decision has been approved by the
State Securities Commission.

Stock Exchange will notify when KTB stock is allowed to be traded again after the
company remedies the cause for being
