PVR: Notice of additional reasons for moving PRV under alert

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated on 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

-          Issuer: PetroVietnam Premier Recreation JSC

-          Stock code: PVR

-       Reason: Profit after tax 2015 and undistributed profit after tax on 31/12/2015 in the audited FS 2015 were negative; which was in alert situation according to Point 1.4 and 1.5, Clause 1, Article 12 of Listing regulations

-          Effective date: 08/04/2016

Alert period ends when PetroVietnam Premier Recreation JSC overcomes current situation.
