EFI: EFI under supervision and trading restriction

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated on 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:

-          Issuer: Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Stock code: EFI

-          Reason: Company continues to violate information disclosure regulations in securities market and has no explanation or solution to fix the cause when being put under alert. Especially, the company has not announced their Reviewed financial statement 2015 and FS 2015 of both holding company and consolidated company.

-          Trading restriction: Only trading on Friday

-          Effective date: 03/09/2015

Supervision and trading restriction period ends when Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company overcomes current situation.
