Pursuant to listing regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision and trading restriction:
- Issuer: Bac A Mineral And Metallurgy Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: BAM
- Effective date: 19/04/2016
- Reason: the Company has continually violated the information disclosure regulation on stock market after BAM stock was put under alert. Especially the Company has not disclosed the 2015 Audited financial report.
- Trading restriction: BAM stock is only permitted to trade on Friday
