PVR: Board Resolution On
10/03/2016, Petro Vietnam Premier Recreation Joint Stock Company announced the
Board resolution as follows:
Article 1:
Approve the
resignation letter of the Manager of Petro Vietnam Premier Recreation Joint
Stock Company: Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh from 01/04/2016
Article 2:
Approval on
shareholder OGC (Ocean Group Joint Stock Company) introducing the candidate for
the position Manager of the Company and sending documents to Board of Directors
before 15/03/2016 for the reviewing, voting or appointing in the next Meeting
of Board of Directors (before 30/03/2016)
Article 3:
Approve the
plan of cutting down the personnel apparatus of the Company (retaining no more
10 persons in the Company)
Authorize
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Manager of the Company to implement the work of cutting
down the personnel apparatus according to the Minutes of the Meeting of Board
of Directors of the Company dated
09/03/2016 and the Labor Law. Concurrently, making the plans to support the
inactivity persons, submit to Chairman of the Board before 17/03/2016
Article 4:
This
resolution takes from the signing day
Members of
Board of Directors, Board of Managers, Chiefs of departments, units of the
Company, related units and individuals take responsibility for performing these
contents of this Resolution HNX
