IVS: Change in the BOD

Vietnam Investment Securities Joint Stock Company announced the change in the BOD as follows:

* Approve the supplement of 02 members of Board of Directors, raising number of members of Board of Directors from 07 to 09 people; authorize Board of Directors to revise the Charter of the Company in accordance with the contents approved by annual General Meeting of Shareholders

* Approve the appointment of 02 additional foreign members of Board of Directors
