On 29/03/2016, Hai Minh Corporation announced board resolution as follows:

Approve the resignation letter of Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien – Member of the BOD. The BOD will consider to supplement a Member of the BOD in the next meeting of the BOD and submit the General Meeting of shareholders for approval.
