Article 1: Board of Directors of Ben Thanh Service Joint Stock Company has modified, changed the Charter in accordance with Enterprise Law 2014.

Article 2: Approve submitting the port on the modification, change in the Charter at Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2016

Article 2: This resolution goes into effect on date of signature

Article 4: Executive Board of Ben Thanh Service Joint Stock Company takes responsibility to perform the contents of this resolution.
