VC3: Change in the number of outstanding voting shares

On 24/11/2015, Construction Joint Stock Company no. 03 announced change in the number of outstanding voting shares as follows:

- The number of voting shares before the change: 8,000,000 shares

- The number of voting shares after the change: 19,999,894 shares

- Reason for change: Issue additional shares to increase share capital from owner’s equity

It was not until 24/11/2015 that the Company received Securities Registration Certificate no. 19/2007/GCNCP-VSD-1 and implemented information disclosure as prescribed.
