Tran Anh Digital World Joint Stock Company – the Quang Ninh branch and other
tasks regulated in Board Resolution 01/2015/NQ-HDQT dated 23/01/2015.
+ Assign Management Board to direct related units and

functions, missions and organizational structure of the Quang NInh branch, and
have the responsibility to implement procedures of business registration
according to regulations of law.
