VTSS: Change of the ownership of capital contribution

Viet Tin Securities Joint Stock Company (VTSS) announced the change of the ownership of capital contribution as follows:

I.  To approve the transactions that may change the ownership of the capital contribution over 10% charter capital of VTSS as follows:

-          Assignor:  Vietnam Land Limited Company

-          Assignee includes 3 shareholders:

+         Viet Trust Investment – Finance corporation

+         Mr. Hoang Trung Hieu

+         Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hang

 II.  This decision shall take effect from the date of signing and the related parties have to complete the trading procedures within 90 days from the effective date.
