NSC: Withdrawal of bonus shares under ESOP

1. National Seed Joint Stock Company decides to withdraw the bonus shares of member of ESOP as follows:

To withdraw the NSC bonus shares under ESOP 2010, ESOP 2011, ESOP 2014 of Mr. Le Minh Duc – former officer of the National Seed Joint Stock Company.

+     Withdrawal of bonus shares under ESOP 2010 (The decision No.10/NQ-ĐHCD9 the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 14 March 2009): 1,390 shares

+        Withdrawal of bonus shares under ESOP 2011 (The decision No.10/NQ-ĐHCD2009 the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 14 March 2009): 800 shares.

+        Withdrawal of bonus shares under ESOP 2014: 2,000 shares

Total number of bonus shares withdrawal: 4,190 shares.

2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing. Director of the related divisions and the individual named in Article I are responsible for executing this Decision.
