HQC: Reminded of late information disclosure

On September 18, 2015, Vietnam Securities Depository issued Certificate No.248/2010/GCNCP-VSD-7 for Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation on additional registration 63,000,000 shares.  However, on September 25, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Document on change in the Number of Outstanding Voting Shares because additional issue of 63,000,000 shares.

Therefore, the Exchange would like to remind and propose Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation about the compliance of regulations on information disclosure on stock market.
