KDC: Reminded of late information disclosure

On September 25, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received Board Resolution No. 19/2015/NQ-HDQT dated September 22, 2015 on buyback of treasury shares and implementing information disclosure.

Pursuant to Provision 1.4, Article 8, Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC, a listed company is requested to disclose its extra ordinary information with 24 hours since the information is concluded. So, KDC late disclosed its BOD resolution on Sep 22, 2015.
