FLC Group Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

-         Name of the subsidiary: FLC Hoang Long Industrial Park Co., Ltd

-         Address: FLC Samson Golf Links, Thanh Nien Street, Quang Cu Commune, Sam Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province.

-         Name of owner: FLC Group Joint Stock Company

-         Charter capital: VND450,000,000,000 (FLC Group Joint Stock Company contributed 100% of the charter capital).

-         Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung, a member of the BOD cum CEO of FLC Group Joint Stock Company, was authorized to mange VND450 billion of FLC Group Joint Stock Company in FLC Hoang Long Industrial Park Co., Ltd .
