VNL: The record date for the first cash dividend payment for 2015

On August 31, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.902/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders as follows:

-         Ex-right date: September 11, 2015

-         Record date: September 15, 2015

-         Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2015.

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share).

-         Payment date: September 29, 2015

Place of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the Accounting Department of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (2nd Floor, 147 Nguyen Tat Thanh, district 4, Hochiminh) as from September 29, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
