CSV: Resolution on the dividend payment

South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on August 26, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Record date: September 09, 2015

-          Payment date:   September 24, 2015

-          Place & procedure of payment:

+         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from August 26, 2015.
