-          The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2014 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  October 02, 2015

-          Payment date: October 22, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 1 as from October 22, 2015.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
